Permaswage D10010-10 Flared Sleeve Fitting

The Permaswage® D10010-10 Flared Sleeve is designed for repairing or replacing 5/8-inch (size -10) flared tube end connections in 0–3,000 PSI aerospace hydraulic systems. This precision sleeve is swaged directly onto the tube to create a permanent, leak-free connection and is intended for use with the Permaswage® D10006 Coupling Nut during the repair of damaged flared tube assemblies. Manufactured to demanding aerospace standards, the D10010-10 delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability for commercial, military, and defense aircraft hydraulic applications. It is a critical component for maintaining the integrity and performance of high-pressure aerospace hydraulic systems. New surplus fittings are genuine OEM parts that were not purchased directly from the manufacturer and may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections from long-term storage or handling. These cosmetic conditions do not affect the fit, form, or function of the fitting.
