The Permaswage® DLT11PSHA3005 head assembly is optimized for swaging 5/16" (size -05) tubing and is paired with the DLT11MAPW0000 power unit. Replacing the DLT10PSHA3005, this Generation 2 swage head features a larger piston stem, internal stop, and threadless die block, which reduce failure points and improve safety. Maintenance is streamlined with the new groove and ring mechanism, while the die clip provides better access to confirm proper swage marks.
