The tools in this kit operate at up to 10,000 psi and are suitable for hydraulic lines with operating pressures of up to 3,000 psi, ensuring robust, leak-resistant Permaswage connections. This kit includes all the tools and accessories to perform swaging operations for the listed sizes, including swage heads, deburring tools and stems, inspection gauges, tube cutters, and marking tools. Packaged in a durable waterproof box, it is suited for manual pump integration and excels in delivering dependable field repairs and installations across various conditions.

This tool kit includes a used pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls gauge (0-15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.
