The Permaswage® DLTFRPSKT3044 Field Repair Tool Kit is designed for tubing sizes 3/8" (size -06), 1/2" (size -08), and 5/8" (size -10) in standard 3,000 psi hydraulic systems, as well as 3/4" (size -12) and 7/8" (size -14) in 4,000 psi hydraulic systems. The tools in this kit operate at up to 10,000 psi, ensuring secure and reliable Permaswage connections across both system pressure ranges.

This kit includes all the tools and accessories required to perform swaging operations for the listed sizes, including power units, swage heads, deburring tools and stems, inspection gauges, tube cutters, and marking tools. It is designed for portability and efficient deployment in field repair environments across mixed-pressure applications.

This tool kit includes a New Surplus pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls gauge (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

Condition and Warranty for Used Tools:
This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer's specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards. All used tools include a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or improper tool operation.
