The Permaswage® DLTFRPSKT3051 Field Repair Tool Kit is designed for tubing sizes 1/4" (size -04), 3/8" (size -06), 1/2" (size -08), and 1" (size -16). Optimized for hydraulic tubing applications, the tools in this kit operate at up to 10,000 psi, supporting system pressures up to 3,000 psi and delivering secure, permanent swage connections. This robust kit includes swage heads, stems, high-pressure power units, tube cutters, inspection gages, deburring tools, and marking instruments, all housed in a rugged and portable case for use in demanding environments.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gauge (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer’s specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards. All used tools include a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or improper tool operation.
