Built for high-pressure hydraulic tubing maintenance, the tools in this kit operate at up to 10,000 psi, supporting system pressures of up to 3,000 psi, and ensuring reliable, permanent Permaswage connections. This comprehensive kit includes all required swage heads, stems, manual power units, inspection gages, tube cutters, deburring tools, and marking tools, all secured in a rugged, portable box for field deployment.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gauge (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer’s specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards.
