The Permaswage® DLTFRPSKT3057 Field Repair Tool Kit is designed for tubing sizes 3/8" (size -06), 3/4" (size -12), and 1" (size -16). With an operational pressure capacity of up to 10,000 psi, this kit supports hydraulic tubing systems rated for up to 3,000 psi, delivering permanent, high-integrity swage connections. Included are precision-matched swage heads, stems, high-pressure power units, inspection gages, tube cutters, and deburring tools, all packaged in a rugged case for dependable use in field or hangar repair environments.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gauge (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer’s specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards. All used tools include a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or improper tool operation.
