The Permaswage® DLTFRPSKT3064 Field Repair Tool Kit, manufactured by Margen Industrial, is designed for tubing sizes 1/4" (size -04), 5/16" (size -05), 3/8" (size -06), 1/2" (size -08), 5/8" (size -10), and 3/4" (size -12). The tools in this kit operate at up to 10,000 psi and are suitable for hydraulic lines with operating pressures of up to 3,000 psi, ensuring secure and reliable Permaswage connections. Notably, the tooling for size-05 (5/16") is configured for Soft Permaswage applications, while the remaining sizes use standard hard Permaswage tooling. This versatile configuration supports a wide range of tubing repairs in aircraft and industrial environments. The kit includes power units, swage heads, deburring tools and stems, inspection gages, tube cutters, and marking tools, all housed in a rugged, single-case layout for efficient field use.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gauge (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer’s specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards. All used tools include a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or improper tool operation.
