The Permaswage® DLTFRPSKT3069 Field Repair Tool Kit is tailored for tubing size 3/16" (size -03). Designed for high-pressure aviation and hydraulic maintenance, this single-size kit operates at up to 10,000 psi, supporting hydraulic lines with a maximum working pressure of 3,000 psi. It includes a DLT05PSHA3003 swage head, matching stem, power unit, inspection gage, deburring tools, and other support components. The compact and focused design makes it ideal for tight-space field operations where 3/16" line servicing is required.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gage (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.
