Capable of operating at up to 10,000 psi, this kit is suitable for hydraulic lines with working pressures of up to 3,000 psi, enabling precise and permanent Permaswage connections. The system includes size-specific swage heads, stems, power units, inspection gages, tube cutters, and deburring tools, all organized within a rugged, field-optimized case for streamlined aircraft or industrial maintenance.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gage (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer's specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards.
