Capable of operating at up to 10,000 psi, this kit supports hydraulic systems with operating pressures of up to 3,000 psi, delivering high-performance, leak-proof Permaswage connections. The kit includes all required tooling for each size, including swage heads, stems, power units, inspection gages, deburring tools, tube cutters, and marking instruments. Packaged in a durable transport case, this system is built for efficient field deployment and repair versatility.

This tool kit includes a used DLT05MAPM1000 manual pump paired with a brand-new glycerin-filled McDaniel Controls pressure gage (0–15,000 psi) for accurate and dependable performance. The gauge has been professionally calibrated, and calibration documentation is provided with your purchase, ensuring precision and quality assurance.

This tool is sold as a used item and has been verified to be in good working condition as per the manufacturer's specifications. While it may show signs of wear consistent with previous use, its functionality and performance meet operational standards.
