Snap-on/ATI Tools ATI520JK Cable Swaging Kit

The ATI520JK AT520JK Cable Terminal Swaging Kit is a complete, pneumatically powered system engineered for precision swaging of MS sleeve-type and ball-end cable terminals in aerospace, defense, marine, and industrial environments. It accommodates cable sizes from 1/16" (0.0625 in) up to 1/4" (0.25 in), with included dies covering double-shank, single-shank, plain ball-end, and sleeve-type terminals.

Swaging is performed using matched die sets inserted into the swager’s yoke cavity. The operator applies regulated air pressure (minimum 90 psi, via a ≥3/8" I.D. airline) while rotating the cable or terminal during swaging to ensure uniform metal deformation and optimal terminal seating.

Condition Note:

This tool is sold in Used / Serviceable condition but is exceptionally clean and has seen very limited use. Based on its known history, the tool has only been used a few times. Most of the visible cosmetic wear is the result of handling, transportation, and being moved between different facilities, rather than extensive operation. Minor scratches, scuffs, or handling marks may be present; however, these cosmetic imperfections are not indicative of heavy use and do not affect the tool’s fit, form, function, or performance.

• Cable cut-off & trim dies: ATI520CD-2 through ATI520CD-8, with matching punches ATI520CP-2 through ATI520CP-8
