Factory New tooling includes the Packing Slip provided by PCC Permaswage®, giving customers the supporting OEM documentation associated with the tool and its original supply. Factory New tooling is backed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, and Top Flight Tools additionally provides a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse, improper tool operation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the manufacturer’s specified procedures and guidelines.
