Description
The Permaswage® DLT06PSDI3004 Generation 2 swage die is designed for use with 1/4" (size -04) tubing, delivering precise radial compression to create secure, leak-proof connections in high-pressure aerospace and industrial fluid systems.
It is compatible with the Permaswage® DLT05PSHA3004 (Generation 1) and DLT06PSHA3004 (Generation 2) swage heads, ensuring reliable performance across both legacy and current tooling platforms.
As a Generation 2 DLT tool, this swage die incorporates design improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance while maintaining the same envelope dimensions as previous-generation tooling. Generation 2 swage dies are fully backward compatible with Generation 1 and Generation 2 swage heads, allowing seamless integration into existing setups without requiring additional equipment.
The DLT06PSDI3004 is the direct Generation 2 replacement for the legacy DLT05PSDI3004 swage die.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Top Flight Tools provides a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or use outside the manufacturer's published guidelines.
