The Permaswage® DLT20PSDI3008 swage die is a Generation 1 tool designed for use with 1/2" (size -08) tubing. It provides precise radial compression to ensure secure and leak-proof connections. It is compatible with the DLT20PSHA3008 swage head and delivers reliable performance in high-pressure aerospace and industrial fluid systems. Built for durability and accuracy, the DLT20PSDI3008 is a critical tool for achieving consistent and structurally sound tubing connections.

This Generation 1 swage die has been replaced by the Generation 2 version, DLT21PSDI3008. The Generation 2 swage die is compatible with both Generation 1 and Generation 2 swage heads, offering improved safety, reliability, and serviceability while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing tooling setups.

This tool is sold as Factory New, meaning it is a genuine OEM Permaswage® tool that is brand new, unused, and has never been placed into service. All Factory New tools supplied by Top Flight Tools are sourced directly from Permaswage or an authorized Permaswage distributor, ensuring they are manufactured to the original OEM specifications and quality standards and fully comply with the manufacturer's performance requirements.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Top Flight Tools provides a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or use outside the manufacturer's published guidelines.
