Permaswage DLT21PSDI3008 Swage Die

The Permaswage® DLT21PSDI3008 Generation 2 swage die is designed for use with 1/2" (size -08) tubing, delivering precise radial compression to create secure, leak-proof connections in high-pressure aerospace and industrial fluid systems.

It is compatible with the Permaswage® DLT10PSHA3008 (Generation 1) and DLT21PSHA3008 (Generation 2) swage heads, ensuring reliable performance across both legacy and current tooling platforms.

As a Generation 2 DLT tool, this swage die incorporates design improvements that enhance safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance while maintaining the same envelope dimensions as previous-generation tooling. Generation 2 swage dies are fully backward compatible with Generation 1 and Generation 2 swage heads, allowing seamless integration into existing setups without requiring additional equipment.

The DLT21PSDI3008 is the direct Generation 2 replacement for the legacy DLT10PSDI3008 swage die.
