Permaswage DLT30PSDI3012 Swage Die

The Permaswage® DLT30PSDI3012 swage die is a Generation 1 tool designed for use with 3/4" (size -12) tubing. It provides precise radial compression to ensure secure and leak-proof connections. It is compatible with the DLT30PSHA3012 swage head and delivers reliable performance in high-pressure aerospace and industrial fluid systems. This Generation 1 swage die has been replaced by the Generation 2 version, DLT31PSDI3012. The Generation 2 swage die is compatible with both Generation 1 and Generation 2 swage heads, offering improved safety, reliability, and serviceability while maintaining full backward compatibility with existing tooling setups.

Factory-new tooling is manufactured and supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s original specifications, quality standards, and applicable requirements. Factory New tooling includes the Packing Slip provided by PCC Permaswage®, giving customers the supporting OEM documentation associated with the tool and its original supply. Factory New tooling is backed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, and Top Flight Tools additionally provides a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse, improper tool operation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the manufacturer’s specified procedures and guidelines.
