The Permalite® DAT02AEKTC4026 Universal Tool Kit is designed for tubing sizes 1/4" (size -4), 3/8" (size -6), 1/2" (size -8), 5/8" (size -10), 3/4" (size -12), 1" (size -16), and 1 1/4" (size -20). Designed specifically for use with titanium fittings, this kit includes all the essential tools and accessories required for swaging operations on the listed sizes, such as swage heads, deburring tools and stems, inspection gauges, and marking tools. Lightweight and portable, the DAT02AEKTC4026 is ideally suited for high-quality field repairs and new installations in demanding aerospace environments. This kit does not include a pump.
Condition and Warranty for New Surplus Tools:
This tool is sold as a New Surplus item, meaning the tooling itself is unused and has never been placed into service. New surplus tooling was not purchased directly from the manufacturer and may have been stored or handled for an extended period of time. As a result, the carrying case may show noticeable cosmetic wear, including scratches, scuffs, marks, discoloration, worn labels, or other signs of handling and long-term storage. In some cases, the exterior condition of the case may give the appearance of a used tool; however, cosmetic wear to the case does not indicate that the tooling itself has been used. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the fit, form, function, or performance of the tooling. As part of our commitment to quality, all New Surplus tools undergo functional testing upon receipt and again prior to shipment to verify proper operation and ensure they meet applicable performance requirements. All New Surplus tools include a 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections or wear to the case, misuse, improper tool operation, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from improper handling or application.
