What Is Rynglok?
Rynglok is an axial mechanical cold-swage system designed to permanently attach fittings to damaged or leaking aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel tubing. It’s widely used by military, commercial aviation, and aerospace maintenance teams to perform field repairs on pressurized tubing systems—often in hard-to-reach areas.

How Does Rynglok Work?
Rynglok fittings come in two parts: a pre-assembled fitting and a ring. The process involves:
Cutting and preparing the damaged tube
Slipping the Rynglok ring over the tube
Inserting the fitting
Using a Rynglok swaging tool to compress the ring around the fitting and tube
The swaging process forms a metal-to-metal seal, creating a permanent connection that withstands high pressures (up to 3,000 psi, depending on the system).
