Limited Warranty

Top Flight Tools stands behind the quality of both new and used products sold. We warrant each new product sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the free correction or, at our discretion, a refund of the purchase price for any product that proves defective under normal use within ninety (90) days of delivery to the first user. Products must be returned to Top Flight Tools with all transportation charges prepaid. After inspection, if the product is found defective in material or workmanship, we will take appropriate corrective action.

For used tooling, Top Flight Tools offers a 90-day warranty, guaranteeing that each used tool meets the manufacturer’s standards. All used tooling is carefully tested and inspected prior to resale to ensure compliance with these standards. Should any used tooling prove defective within the 90-day warranty period, Top Flight Tools will either correct the issue or, at our discretion, offer a refund.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, improper operation, tampering, neglect, or accidents.

Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] to review your request. Top Flight Tools will issue a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) under the following conditions:

  • Warranty Repair (New Products): Must be within 90 days of the original purchase and comply with Top Flight Tools’ and the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Replacement for the same item is subject to our discretion.
  • Return of Unused Product (New Products): If a customer orders an incorrect item or no longer needs the product, an RMA may be issued at our discretion. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee will apply, which will not exceed the original purchase price. Upon receipt, our Quality Control Department will inspect the product to ensure it meets return guidelines. If approved, a refund or credit will be issued, less the restocking fee.
  • Used Tooling Returns: Used tooling is covered by our 90-day warranty. If a used product proves defective within 90 days of purchase, Top Flight Tools will issue an RMA and either correct the defect or, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Any issues with used tools must be reported within the 90-day warranty period. A restocking fee may apply for non-warranty returns.

Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for proper handling. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If the item is not received within this period, the RMA will be canceled.
